Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paulina Grün – AI Teaching Companion, email: hello@paulinagreen.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or Contact form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Special features of digital content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we begin to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to execute the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and at the same time confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we begin to execute the contract.
